Hi, I am tier 4 dependent but my parter recently got a tier 2 visa(applied from india). Now I want switch from tier 4 dep to tier 2 dependent . can I do it from inside UK?

she has apply for entry clearence because she studied a diploma course(not a degree). she got tier 2 for 3 years using a restricted COS.
