when to renew Sponsorship licence

Hi,

After getting tier2 sponsorship licence, after how much time a company should renew it.

I have read some where that normally licence is valid for four years, does that mean company should renew thier licence just before 4 year finish?

Yes - they can apply up to 3 months in advance. Sponsors get bombarded with emails from UKBA when the renewal date comes around.
