ILR for dependent

Hi,

My wife has joined me in May 2011 under the tier 2 dependent visa.
We have extended our tier 2 visa in Sep 2012 which is valid till OCT 2014.

Recently I got my ILR under tier 2 ICT category.

I am going to apply for ILR in May 2013 for my wife as her current visa is valid till 2014.
Is there any issue if we wait till May 2013 on tier 2 dependent visa ? Or we need to apply for FLR(M) before May 2013 ?

I didn't get clear cut answer from my previous topics. Sorry for any duplication of topic.
