EMPLOYER'S LETTER FOR ILR

I am on a 5 year Work Permit. I am hoping to apply for my ILR in June 2013. I am in the process of organizing the Supporting Documents.

With regards to the Employer's letter should the SOC Code match the DESIGNATION AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

If I were to go for a PEO Appointment ,will the CW interview regarding the above?

Please be good enough to clarify MY doubts.

You need to check, if your job matches the exact job stated in the occupations list then well and good. If not then you need to match the closest occupation that matches with your job description etc.

Yes, case worker can ask you questions about this in the interview
