ILR for Dependant

Hello All,

I need your valuable advice for my wife's ILR application:

My wife entered UK in April 2011, as Tier 1 Dependant visa valid up to May 2012. I applied for & got my ILR the next day in April 2011 .Then my wife applied for FLRM in Feb 2012 and after nearly 10 months of waiting she was granted FLRM in Dec 2012 valid up to 2014.

Now my question is , whether can she apply for ILR in April 2013 or does she needs to wait for April 2014 or Dec 2014?

I believe that she may apply for ILR in April 2013.
