Is it possible to get in touch with the UKBA regarding the delay? It may have been lost in the post perhaps? Ask your solicitor if it is possible to get in touch with the UKBA.

Hi All,

Its all depend on the individual sometime they send bio letter only to applicant or representative and sometime both,

As its bit too late you should have received it by now so try contacting ukba regarding this as even it get lost in post they will send you 2nd invitation and than 3rd invitation and sometime 4th invitation too incase it get lost in post and the last invitation they send via recorded delivery and after that still if they don't hear from you then they send application back. This is ukba standard procedure.

So try contacting ukba and hopefuly you will receive it soon.

Regards

Rehan

So you ressurect an old thread that has nothing to do with your question?

You are extending in a few months and are asking about help in fulfilling your employee obligations. I assume you have not employed anyone?

Don't worry about maintenance without employees.

As to your request on employee no problem. I'll help just wire me £50k and you can use my employees as yours.
