J8:Please tick the relevent boxes to confirm all documents being sent as evidence of previous earnings claimed:


Offical tax doucument
Business Statement

My question is it is not necessary to send Tax Return and Business Statment, then why they are asking in that question ??

Read the guidance while filling in the form. There are many options in there which you can choose from - it doesn't mean all those documents are mandatory.

is that document which i will get from my accountant which shows my tax provision ????
