Very short time window for ILR

Hi,

I have been on a Tier 1 (General visa) for the following periods:

Initial Tier 1 application: 8 Apr 08 to 27 Mar 11
Tier 1 extension: 14 Mar 11 to 11 Mar 13

As you can see, there has been an overlap in dates and because of this, I am left with a very short time window to apply for the ILR. In fact, I complete 4 years and 11 months on 7 Mar, which leaves me only 1 day to apply for the ILR i.e. 8 Mar since 9 and 10 fall on the weekend! I would like to apply in person. I have the following questions:

1. Can I book an appointment for 8 Mar and 11 Mar or is it only 8 Mar I am allowed (since 11 Mar is the last day on the visa)?
2. I checked the UKBA website and can't see any appointments available for any period, is that usual? Can anyone advise how I can get an appointment as soon as it becomes available?
3. Is there any other option I have given the above situation?
