Regarding dividend vouchers

Could you please help on this?
I am planning to apply dependent visa for my wife in the month of march from india. I have a limited company and i recently got my visa extension in the month of january. Can i use the same documents that i used for my visa (or) should it have latest payslip i.e jan and feb payslips?

Should i give accountant letter and dividend vouchers also? Is the accountant letter mandatory?
