ILR application- advise required

Post by daya2004 » Mon Jul 19, 2004 8:44 am

Now I have completed my 4 years of stay in UK. 3 years as a dependent and 1 year as a HSMP. I wanted to try my luck on ILR now. Is any body can help me on the document requirements for ILR application as a HSMP. Do we need to submitt all 4 years salary slips and experience certificates.

Daya2004,

Rather than applying for extension of your HSMP (which you successfully did) - why on earth didnt you apply for ILR at this stage as you had been in the UK in a CLS for the last 4 years??..

At the end of the day you can still do it (but you have unnecessarily lost £121) - unless there other issues unknown to us) -

Good Luck and congratulations...may your continued stay in the UK be prosperous and happy 8)

Chess,

Thanks for the advise and support.

My 1st year HSMP was valid till 25th May and I have completed 4 years of my stay on 5th July. I wanted to be safe by getting HSMP extension first.

Olisun,

Which dependant category were you under?
