saw that this morning, wonder if they be able to clear up backlog in next 6 months!
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.

There quite a lot of ILR applications which are been dumped on Sheffield UKBA by Liverpool Set Dept, also some sitting in the store(storage for physical applications).

Although every thing is scanned and sent to the case working team electronically, but still waits in a qeue before it gets anywhere.

How long? at present no one knows!!!!!!!!!!

Pity is, they are not even communicating amoung each other in time; creating confusion and backlogs.

A total shocker, cant believe how quickly they process the fee and then just leave the application unattended for months.
