Third party funding Abroad.....

Hi everyone....

I have third party funding from USA and can i know what documents are needed from them. If the bank is regulated by FSA, is it fine with third party bank statements and legal representative letter or do i need the letter with applicants name and sponsor name from the bank....Plz advice me......ur suggestions are appreciated....

yeah but some one suggested that if the bank is FSA regulated then bank statements are fine rather than bank letter with applicants and sponser name on it..........Can you plz suggest whether this is correct information or not.........

If you had read the guidance, you would have seen that bank statements from banks that are not inside the UK are not considered.

My suggestion would rest solely with read the guidance and take professional advice for what amounts to a professional visa in the event that you don't understand. I wonder if your third party investor realises the extent of the gaps in your understanding. Surely it's his money that is at risk and surely he would have an opinion that you take a more serious approach to this business venture with regard to his investment.
