English Language Requirement

Hi i want to extend my visa and i need a help in FLR(M) application form,

For the following what i need to do and i hold my bachelor degree .

An academic qualification deemed equivalent to a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or PHD
in the UK and which the National Academic Recognition Information Centre for the UK (UK NARIC)
has confirmed as being taught or researched in English.

Please let me know what kind of UK NARIC certificate i go for ,like statement of comparability or else i need to go for english language assesment certificate
