Post by ammu28 » Thu Jan 24, 2013 10:12 pm

Dear all,

Heartily thanks to everyone in the forum for all the help, support and guidance.
Sharing my experience:
ILR pre status: Work permit (4 mnts) --HSMP -->Tier-1(General) ( 3 yrs)-->Tier-1 Extension (1 yr 6 mnts) with Dependent(spouse)
PEO Appointment: 24th Jan 2013 Belfast 1:00PM
Dependent 1:30PM (Because of the difficulty to book an appointment in their website. Had to book separately. Eventually they accepted. "They thought we were incorrectly booked but accepted"
Documents Submitted:
1. Completed Set(O) form with 2 photographs each.
2. Two Passport and biometric cards (including Dependent) -- (Photocopies as well)
3. 12 Months Payslips
4. 12 Month Bank Statements
5. Letter from the Employer stating that I am currently employed.
6. LIFE in UK Test Certificate (including Dependent)
7. Print out of the PBS calculator Output ( Given back immediately)
8. Cohabitation Evidence:
2011: NHS Letters
UKBA letters/ Council Tax(Given back immediately)
2012: NHS letter
Bank Statements (Given back immediately)

All the original documents were given back informing application was successful and the postal arrival of BRP.

Timings:
Security Check : 12:30—12:40
Token for appointment : 13:15 –13:16
Interview : 13:17—13:30
Payment : 13:30—13:31
Waiting time : 13:32—13:45
Biometric taken : 13:46 – 13:55
Waiting time : 13:56 – 14:20

The experience was really good and fast. Staffs were very friendly and we could see only 1 more person attending Belfast PEO till 14:30.

We are waiting for BRP to arrive by post.

Cheers!
Ammu

Congratulations Ammu:) great hearing success stories which run smoothly.
it's a great idea to book separately! but I have 2 dependants wife+ 1 child under 18, can I use another form for my child? and which is the right form for the dependants?
Did you contact UKBA about your plan before booking?
Further details about this issue is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Thank you guys

We used only 1 form for both of us , SET(O)
But from 2 different email id's 2 appointments to Belfast PEO.
Did you contact UKBA about your plan before booking?

No, we have not asked UKBA. But I am not sure whether this will work for other PEO's.

I have been Sheffield PEO in 2011 for T1 biometric , but the experience was not good.
Regards
Ammu
