My wife is a Iraqi national who residence in UAE (all her life).
She had a old passport which expired in June 2012 then later recieved a new passport which she used to sit the IETLS test.
The Iraqi consulate then renewed her old passport which also contains her residence (UAE) permit. And provided a cover letter to prove the connection between both passports.
Should we submit both passports or what should we do? Should we bin the new passport and resit the IETLS test under the old passport?
We have been debating this for a long time and we really don't know what to do.
Really need help badly. THanks I need to apply in March.
