very very urgent tier 1 general dependent f1 and f2 help

i have only got a couple of days before the expiry of my dependent visa.

i need your help in understanding Section F.

F1?F2?

She only got a vignette on her passport and no biometric card? should i answer yes?

F2? if yes then where can i find reference number? Is it the red no on top right or VAF number?

You can see the red colour reference number on the Visa vignette.

i remember a discussion where someone was referring to VAF no as Home Office reference Number.

i hope others would also help.
