ILR Dependent conditions and Citizenship

Hi

I am currently on Tier 1 General and my wife has Tier 1 General dependent. I will be applying for ILR soon, my wife had been living in UK with me since Mar2010 and we had a daughter born in UK.
1- Can I apply for my daughter's ILR along with mine and my wife's as the daughter hasn't got Tier 1 dependent yet?
2- Should I apply for my daughter's Tier 1 dependent first and then we all apply for ILR together?
3- Will my wife and daughter be able to apply for Citizenship at the same time as me i.e Feb 2014 or she have to wait to complete her stay in UK for 5 years after getting ILR (Mar 2015)
