Need some carification on Tier1 main + dependant extension

Hi,
I have one day appointment for my tier1 extension for main and dependant application.

Just couple of things wanted to clarify with you people

1. My wife got her dependant visa back in India, had submitted marriage certificate with the application then. She is in Uk now, do I need to submit the marriage certificate (don't have in uk) again for the extension.Her passport details page has my name as her husband. Is that enough?
2. Do I need to show address proof in Uk for my wife? We have only ease document on her name, do not have utility bills. Is address proof required anyway?

2. Dont nee to show address proof, but do take a utility bill in case they want to have a proof?
