Hi Guys,

I am Tier 1 PSW Visa and I work for a Media company. My job Profile is IT engineer. My company has Tier 2 License and is ready to sponsor me. The Job code that suits my work is Hardware Engineer considering my salary is £25000 pa.

My qualification is M.B.A in Information Technology Management and planning to apply for Tier 2 Visa. I have a question and I need your opinion. Hardware Engineer is specified under Software Professionals category and Salary required is £20,800. 1) Will UKBA accept this Job title as I work for Media Company. 2) Will my education be a problem for for My job title?. My understanding is according to UKBA, NQF 6 is about Job skill level more than Education. Any suggestions...
