Biometric Resident Permit

i applied for asylum last year and in january i did my interview and after few days got the decision but after that i have not heard anything from home office , i am still waiting for my biometric resident permit and other papers and its more than 3 weeks now but still only got national insurance number and nothing else .. please can anybody tell me how much time it takes to get the documents and what can i do to speed it up ?

i have still not recvd my brp card please help me and tell me what can i do to speed the process
