Requiremnets For Bringing family To UK for UK National

Hi All,

I am posting this on behalf of my friend with the hope someone can guide me so that I can put my friend in the right direction.

When friend just got UK citizenship after 10 years residing in UK. Now he wants to call his family ( wife , 2 sons aged 14 year & 19 year and a daughter 10 years old, Afghan nationals living in peshawar)

He is currently umemployed.

What he needs to do , which forms he should use?

Any income he needs to show , if so how much?
