CIVIL JUDGEMENT HELP NEEDED

Hi all i have a querry regarding my sister 10 yrs application
there is a section 7 ~Personal History
She does not have criminal conviction but
CIVIL JUDGEMENT
She was issue a letter by county court for not paying outstanding money her college she receive a letter stating if she agrees to pay the amount which she fill and answered yes to the claimant and also stated the amount which she is able to afford monthly
She has not received any letter from the claimant yet
and she is going to do the application in a week time
q.1 will she have any problem with the ILR application
any help will be really considered please we are just so panic dont know
what will be better to go with a solicitor or just fill the form fill the civil judgemnt and post it

What did the Court say in response? Has any decision been taken by the court? When was the CCJ issued?

As far as i know this is a CCJ & have to be mention in the ILR application,[to be on safe side] coz HO will search for any Criminal or Civil Judgements against her name-before making any decision & if you do not mention & they found then your sister will be in trouble. CCJ's are normally applied if you have any payment pending or disputed payments of bill / credit card/ loans etc

She got letter by post from the county court so she register and log into moneyclaim.org . she receieve the letter from the court claiming that the college has claim £1400 pound and she fill the respond form saying she agree that she owns the money and willing to pay the outstanding amount and she has fill the form and send it back to the claimant she receive a letter afterwards stating she needs to pay the money asap cause we got financial problem we did not pay anything towards what we said for monthly installment and also we have not call or took contact with the college eversince we have not heard anything cause we are struggling big time
please do advice as we will mentioned it and also do we need to go with a solicitor or just fill the form accordingly and post it thanks you for the respond we have been waiting since morning

YES decision has been made if we agree or we want to claim it back
so we did the respond form telling the college we agree the claim and we said that she can afford 100 pound monthly then a letter was received saying the offer was accepted and we need to pay the 1500 asap in november as she has not been working she has not paid anything now that her visa will be expired soon so anybody can suggest what you do and also will she get any issues while applying for the 10yrs long residence please we are out of time and money can someone help
