Family visit visa

Hi mates,

I am planning to invite my parents very first time to UK and I am confused what all documents to show with the application form.

My father is a farmer and mother is housewife. The income is not periodic.
Is there any minimum bank balance required for VISA approval?
Should they also show any farming land documents?
Is it okay if few of those documents are on my late grandparent's name ?
Is there any other proof they need to show?
Will my finances be enough to convince home office?

Me and my wife both work and will take care of all the cost incurs in their visit. We do also own two bedroom house. I'll be applying with British passport.

Is there any minimum amount I need to show to prove my finances?

All case may not be the same, There is always procedure to follow, Visitors should prove that they have strong ties with their country that they will return back after their visa period.

Yes i know what u mean but thats only the proof she got to show anyhow! Coz we supporting her since i came over here in the uk.
