no-one has it, otherwise it'd have made it onto this site in a 'sticky'

i doubt Home Office have even come up with a manual yet, the work permit helpline people are certainly guessing at what is correct information to give over phone (and they freely admit it)

U mean they freelyy admit it? thats awful for anyone who gets rejected cos someone is guessing. Anyway I was hoping someone saved the old notes I googled "HSMP internal caseworker guidance" and found a few notes by clicking on the cached link

i've phoned Work Permits number several times, just before Xmas with several questions.

And yes - they said they didnt know the answers, it should be fine to do this, should be fine to do that, that they dont really know themselves as the policy people havent given them any proper documentation/guidelines yet on the new HSMP rules.

yes its pretty poor that people who follow the guidance notes can still have their application rejected. Almost seems like blatant robbery.

As mentioned in another thread, today i did speak to someone who seemed more 'cluey'. Not sure if it was just that 1 person who knows more than the rest of the 'helpline' people, or if theyve been given additional information since xmas

I guess if you get someone who doesnt know the answer, call back and hope someone else answers
