Tier 1 (General) Furthur Extensions

Hello Forum,

I am on Tier 1 General Visa. My intial Tier 1 General was granted for 3 years (Till Apr 2012). I got my further extension for 2 years till Apr 2014.
I have longer absence which may break 5 years continuous stay requirement for ILR. I may go for another extension in 2014. But would like to know from this forum, is there a restriction on number of times Tier 1 (General) applicant may go for Tier 1 (General) extension

There are no restrictions on number of extensions so far, but this can change in future depending on how agressively UKBA wants to start kicking immigrants out
