Urgent query regarding self employment? Guru's please advise

Hello Guys,

I have an appointment booked for 15 March. I am party employed and also self employed. I haven't received UTR number yet. When recently spoke with HMRC they have advised me that it will be sent by 1 March. What if dont receive it untill 6-7 March in case since I have to also prepare my accounts.
Is there any other options replacing the UTR number?. Also I have sent a cheque to pay National Insurance 2 Class but it hasen,t been debited yet. I have spoken to HMRC they advised me to wait few more days for the NI contribution to be debited since they do not process straight away.

My questions are :-

If no UTR received any other options available ?
What are the necessary documents required for self Employed person for ILR?

Normally it doesn't take that long to receive UTR Number. You will receive it before 1st March.

Only thing i am worried is UTR. I have heard that it is necessary to provide UTR number. Just to be on safe side if I do not receive it what will be the options?
