TIER 2 SOC CODE MINIMUM SALARY

Please can anyone tell me about the minimum salary rate in SOC code. In SectionJ pdf SOC code for 3132 (IT user support technicians) as a Database Analyst Title minimum salary is mentioned £31,200.

If I got less than that based on "Appropriate salary rates are based on a 37½ hour working week, unless otherwise stated. Salaries should be pro-rated for other working patterns" taht is mentioned at first page in Section-J.pdf the I will be eligable for tier2 or not.

Salam Brother. You cannot apply for Tier 2 with SOC Code 3132 since they are only NQF Level 3.

To be eligible for Tier 2, you need to have a job with minimum NQF Level 6.

If you apply with this SOC Code your application will be refused.
