Urgent Help ! Need Help regarding PAYE

Hi Guys,

I need help. I was drawing a salary from my limited company since May Last year but neither do my accountant nor me registered for PAYE, but we did registered later in December last year and paid all our dues for PAYE, to bring our book and matters in order.

Does this late registration affect me in any way ?


In my case what document's do I have to attached in support of my applicaiton ?

Am I considered self employed or Employed (I'am hundred percent share holder of my Ltd company) ?

I will be showing the income from two sources.

1 - Salary from my full time Job
2 - Salary and Dividend from my Limited Company (Salary taken on same date of the month and Dividend taken on different date's)

No problem as long as you pay your PAYE tax to HMRC in timely manner...
