PEO appointment

One of my friends wants to get appointment in public enquiry office for Tier1 general extention. he is not sure which service he should opt as there are many options in the drop down menu like set(o), Tier1 general, BR1, BR2,SET(M) etc. Please guide

Does any one know that if PEO appoints are issue on weekends ?

There have been reports that Croydon is open on Saturdays, but officially, they are not.
