SET (O) confusion

Post by Tek75 » Fri Feb 08, 2013 4:05 am

Hi

I received my SAR file already and there is one page titled,"CID Search Summary Report" which contains all visa application raised date and granting of visa. This page shows that all my visa applications were granted and all application "raised dates" were in time so no gaps.Is this the only page I should include with the ILR SET O form?

In the SET O form question 6.1 asks "when did the applicant first enter the UK?" and obviously it is referring to the first entry date. However question 6.4 asks "when did you last enter the UK?"I am a bit confused as to which date to write on this?Should it be first entry date or other UK entry date after spending last holiday outside?

Under question 6.2 I need to write the dates of absence from and return to UK.Now, I found out that Heathrow Immigration did not put an arrival stamp after my first holidays spent back at home.I have only the departure date from my home country. What date should I write in this case?

Also, I only have home country arrival stamp cuz as we all know Heathrow does not stamp during departures so what date(s) should I write for departure from UK as i don't remember if I had flown out of UK on the same day of arrival in my home country.I also don't have old air tickets. My country happens to be 12 hours flying distance away from UK.

I would appreciate valuable comments and suggestions from site gurus.Apologies for such a long post.

1) There is no requirement to include your SAR report, with your ILR application.
2) It's the last date you entered the UK, so based on what you say this would be the date you entered the UK after your last holiday (i.e. before your ILR application date.)
3) As you say, if you have arrival stamps which would be stamped by your destination country, you could use those to determine your departure dates.

As I don't have old air tickets, will my assumed date of arrival at Heathrow after my first holiday,be acceptable?
