Change of Work Address

Hello

I have a query regarding the change of location.

I have Tier 2 visa extended on a COS which includes two work addresses. I was working in one branch and have now moved my residence closer to the other.

Hence my Work address and also my residential address has changed.

How and what do i need to update the UKBA.

I have found an Change of Circumstances Form but that only shows change of my residential address. Is that correct?

Do i still need to update the UKBA for the change of work address although it is already mentioned in the COS issued and how?

Please can you let us know as i am moving this week.

Your CoS said both addresses and you work at one of the addresses? If so they don't need to do anything. If you are working at a work address given on the CoS that's fine.

What about the residential address change.

Also in my Visa Grant Letter it say im employed by the company at Address A and working at Address B.

But i have now moved to Address A. is that right?

There is a form called notification of technical changes on UKBA website for this purpose only. Fee is £22. Print, fill and send.

Just to let you know what i have done

Spoke to UKBA and asked about the change

1. The employer need to notify the UKBA of Migrant Activity and make a note that the working branch is changed.

2. Employee has to inform the UKBA of the Residential Address change by using an Online Form for Address Change

This is what i have been told by UKBA.
