Registration in the HCI london

Hello,

I have a question regarding birth registeration of my new born child in the High commission of India London.

I am currently in Tier 1 General Visa and due for ILR in Sep 13. My new born as I understand from the forum is eligible for MN1 after I get my ILR.

But in the meanwhile do I need to register my childs birth with the HCI london.

Appreciate any help on this.

I don't think so. you may need to get the dependent visa if you want travel with your child before Sep 13. if you have no travel plan then register your child as British (MN1) after you getting ILR
