Hello,
We applied for my wife's dependent visa extension but we put the Life in the UK result rather than IELTS or NARIC Certificate.
We were told that Life in the UK carries more weight than IELTS or NARIC and will be acceptable by one of the immigration advisor.
Her visa expired last year April 2012. UKBA took 10 months to access and reject the application saying English Language accessibility not met.
She is now eligible for ILR as well being in the UK for 2 years as Tier 1 dependent. (as I got my ILR last year)
Please advise what options do we have now?
