PEO - Croydon - Tier-1 General Extension Visa Approved

Hi,

Just wanted to share my experience here. People may benefit from this.

1 Main Applicant myself + 1 Dependent.

I have my appointment @ 10am.
We reached Croydon PEO @ 08:50am.
Finished Biometrics @ 09:30am.
Caseworker called @ 11:30am.
Visa Approval Letter given @ 12:15pm.

1. Caseworker called me @ 11:30 and asked to submit application & documents.
2. I have submitted all i have + photo copies.
3. He did ask me if i included Photo Copies.. I said YES
4. He did ask me if i am Self Employed (without even looking at application). I said i am Employed by my LTD company.
5. He did ask me if i included Invoices.. i said NO
6. He did ask me if i included any evidence that i am paying tax to HMRC. I said NO.
7. After 45mins.. he called me and gave the approval letter.

He was thinking i am Self Employed initially.. hence asked for more documents.

Documents I have submitted:

1. Payslips
2. Dividend Vouchers
3. Accountant Letter (Breakdown of Salary & Dividends)
4. Personal Bank Statements
5. Marriage Certificate

congratulation , i am a bit confused regarding limited company director. i am running my own company , taking just dividend
so i am employed or self employed?

Congratulation adityaisukapalli you are one lucky person.


Hi nice32 by the look of adityaisukapalli case you are considered employed but again it does not matter weather you take dividend, pay your self or combination of both.

If you work through limited company and Hold 100 share and is director of your LTD Company then you can be considered Self employed by UKBA.
