Yes, you can provided , you find a job before your Tier 4 visa expires and you employer sponsors your Tier 2 General visa. Before interview itself, make sure that the company can issue you a Certificate of Sponsorship.

Also, maintain a minimum balance of £900 in your account for 90 days before you intend to apply for visa.
