Tier 1 Extension Fund Maintenance

Hi,

My visa expires on april 2013. I started maintaing fund from december itself. But unfortunatenly there was a direct debit which went from that account, but I transferred the money back to account before the end of the day. Will it be a problem for my visa extension.

I think it will be because normally bank statements show the end balance after every transaction, if after any transaction your balance falls below the required amount they may reject your visa on maintenance funds grounds. If you have other a/c's you should use those to make up for the shortfall, i guess..

I know about this one of My friend also had same problem, but His solicitor advised him to put bank letter instead of bank statement. he did and got points for maintenance funds.
