Steps after registration certificate (BC) of Child

What is the step to reach the destination (get the passport of child) after getting registration certificate of the child through MN1 application?

Pick up a passport application form from the post office, take some photos, fill in the form, send it and wait 2-3 weeks.

Children don't need to attend a ceremony. They get the certificate by post.
