Hi,

I have Tier 1 (general Visa), I plan to stay in India for 3 months, as I have loads of maternity leave outstanding, I am planning to stay back and spend some time with my parents and take rest. and my dependent spouse have job in UK and will return to UK without me.

Can my dependent stay in the UK wihtout main applicant or does dependent status became illegal...Please help..its really urgent...

Please note my regular salary will be on as I am on my maternity leave while I am away for 3 months...

I believe there is no issue.

Only for the first entry after getting the Tier 1 Visa, Dependent has to be accompanied by Main applicant.
