Tier 2 Dependent - First time travel and Health Insurance ?

Hi,

My wife got Tier 2 Visa recently and planning to travel to UK in 2 months. Are there any health insurance requirements ? Any thoughts ?

She will enter UK as a Tier 2 worker so she won't be needing any health insurance plus she can apply for NHS after coming to UK.
