Child dependent eligible for ILR along with main applicant?

Hi All,

Main Tier 1 migrant is expecting to get ILR by end of this year 2013.

Partner of Tier migrant is on dependent visa based on the rules after 09-Jul-12.

Child is born outside UK and is also on Tier 1 dependent visa based on the rules after 09-Jul-12.

Is the Child dependent eligible to apply for ILR as soon as the main migrant gets the ILR?

Please advice.
