Liverpool PEO and the 90 days discretion

I live in London and booked a PEO appointment for 1st March 2013 at Liverpool because that was all that was available. My tier 1 visa ends 28 March. I was on HSMP valid from 28 March 2008 and entered the UK the 20th May 2008. Might be a silly question but will I be OK according to the 90 days discretionary rule to apply on the 1st of March ? Since my records are in Croydon from my Tier 1 application and I have a London address will it be ok to go to the Liverpool PEO? Are there any horror stories about Liverpool PEO? Thank you kindly in anticipation of your responses.

You are totally fine with regards to application date and also the PEO.
