Name spelt wrong on new passport

Hi my wife will be applying for ILR on the 27th march. However we've just noticed her new passport has her third name spelt incorrectly. On her old passport, BRP and all other documents have her 3rd name Mohammed. However on her new passport it is spelt Mohamed. So just one M not two. Otherwise her first second and surname are spelt correctly. What would you advice me to do? I am worried this would affect her application as they might claim a different identity. Shall I apply for a new passport?

Go to your embassy in UK and ask them to correct it before applying for VISA if you can do it within the time limit
