Address Details For main Applicant Tier(1) Extension form

Please can anyone confirm me that how many years Address details we need to fill in Main Applicant form for Tier(1) General Extension?

As per me i think Current HOme address and 1 Previous Address Details. (even if you are having more than 2 Previous Addresses)

Please correct me if i am wrong anywhere.

your help will be highly appreciated.

i think you are talking about page number 11. well in my case i gave last five years address details. and for that i printed the 11 the page again. and filled it from my previous address. i am going to apply tommrrow .

i have printed my page 5 times , coz i have changed the address 6 times and am showing it all just as i do not want to hide anything.

they may not require it but i feel it is good to carry it with you just in case.

yes Peace26, i am also thinking to do the same . will carry all the address details . If they say , we need all the addresses then will attach it otherwise will leave it.

Also Another Quick Query :-
In Tier(1) General Extension dependant form , they are only asking for "ALL UK Address" . what to do if you are having any address outside the UK in past 5 years ?

Please Suggest.

for your information i got my extension within 20 minutes.
case worker Did not ask about the address. in fact he did not touch any thing except my earning he just calculated my income.
he was not sure about gross dividend and voucher which i explained to him but still he was not agreed with me . he then asked from a senior member and after he gave me extension.

i have changed addresses numerous times during 5 years, but indicated only last 2, and was approved in fact. i think there is no harm coping the page and listing all for your own piece of mind

Hi Mela,
when you say coping the page and writing the previous address , so you just write the previous address details on that page or provide the all the information again in that page with previous address

2-days ago I got my 2nd extension approved and for further addresses I used separate plain A4 sheet and wrote addresses by hand mentioning form question number and name and DOB of applicant (Did this for dependents form only as they haven't asked to provide all addresses for main applicant).

This is just fine.

when you say coping the page and writing the previous address , so you just write the previous address details on that page or provide the all the information again in that page with previous address
