Waiting Time For Tier-2 visa

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me the waiting time of T-2 Visa; I applied my visa on 28-Nov and went for Biomatrics on 30-Dec and still waiting for my visa.

Shouldn't be that long, probably before end of March

I went for Tier 2 bio-metric on 21st Jan in Chennai VFS and still waiting for the VISA. I am not sure what's causing the delay. :?
