1. Do I need to apply for my childs indian passport.

I have ILR due Next year and would rather register her directly as british citizen.
However in worst case if I have problems in visa and have to go back .. My kid will not have a passport and that will be a prolem.. Please correct me if i m wrong..

Whether to get the Indian passport for your UK born (?) child is entirely up to you. The question you might want to seek advice on is whether to get dependent visa for him.
