please help for depandend application

we are My husband ,me and one child,our visa will expire in October/2013.he is in tier 4 student and we are student's Depandend. He will apply for ILR in September/2013.my question is when he will apply for ILR ,should I apply with him in same envelop and same time.because after his ILR application there is no enough time to wait his result.if yes please advice me which form should I use for my application.please help me..
