Employer ticked maintenance for myself and Dependant?

My employer ticked the option maintenance in the UCOS. Does he have to provide a letter for this or is the UCOS enough?

It's enough for you but you would have to prove maintenance funds for your dependant(s).

You dont need to privide any other evidence of maintenance for yourself or your dependants. It will be clear to you when you will fill the application form.
