ILR for my wife under s287d after flr (m) help needed

Hi Guys

Is anyone there with a success story for ILR using the above section for their spouse visa. I am British citizen now but my wife currently got flr (M) she has been on tier 1 general before this with me for two years and WP for 1 year before that. I got my ilr based on 10 years hence she needs to apply separately.

I understand she can do that even before completing flr m 2 years spouse visa using the above section and amalgamating her previous time spent to get the ilr now.

Please help
