Tier 2 - Reapplication

Hi,

My tier-2 visa got rejected due to inappropriate salary.
Can anyone please give me some guidance on how do i make a fresh application.

My details
Visa Expired - 30th Dec 2012
Visa Rejected - 21st feb 2013 (Inappropriate Salary)
Visa Type - Switching from PSW to Tier 2

I do not have my passport with me. I shall be thankful to all....Please guide me on how to make a fresh application in this situation.

You have to make a fresh application from you home country, because your last leave to remain expired more than 28 days ago, so your fresh application from inside of UK will be automatically rejected.

Do not forget that your company now has to do RLMT as your PSW has expired.
