Joint Naturalisation Application

All,

Can anyone tell me what form should we use for Joint naturalisation application? While trying to complete form for the NCS appointment today, on the very first page, We are asked to complete AN1X2 form type for joint application. Is this a spearate form types or it is AN form 2 copies?.

2 copies of AN Form. If you read the guide properly, it did tell you that you need to fill in separate forms even for joint applications
